We work with our customer from the earliest stages of the project. We realize that before go into prototyping, pre-series products and finally full production, many engineering and design hurdles need to be tackled, each project is unique and might  require new designed products or products made by new processing, we strongly suggest our customers follow the normal products development  rules to make prototype and pre-series.

We can fully support our customers in this process, either from temporary prototype or full production tooling. During the sampling stage, we communicate directly with customer technical department, which can give quick and professional response of technical questions, especially for project with tight lead time. The “engineer talking and understanding” can significantly increase the develop efficiency.  Out team will keep customer up to date on the manufacturing, inspection process and any potential issue or capability concerns.
